Vermicelli Pulao

Preparations :
  1. In a vessel boil 3 cups of water add salt and 1 T spoon of oil. Once water starts bubbling out add vermicelli.
  2. Cook only for 2 minutes. Drain all the water and keep aside.
  3. In a medium flame heat the pan, add remaining oil. Once it gets heated add Urad Daal, green chilli (Slit into half), ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.
  4. Saute for a minute add chopped beans and carrot and saute for two minute.
  5. Add all the masala powder such as cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and chilli powder one by one.
  6. Add salt, half glass water and boil the vegetables. Let water content evaporates, transfer the boiled Vermicelli to the kadai.
  7. Sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.

Note :

You can also add other vegetables such as green peas, Tomatoes and bell peppers, if you like more vegetables in your dish.
