Vegetable Raitha

Mustard Seeds
सरसों के बीज
1 T Spoon
Curry Leaves
करी पत्ते

तेल
2 Spoons
Salt
नमक
To taste



Preparation:

  1. Chop tomato, onion and cucumber to a very tiny pieces.
  2. In a bowl add chopped vegetables, salt and yogurt. Mix well.
  3. For tampering, heat oil in a small pan in a medium flame.
  4. Add mustard seeds once it crackle add curry leaves.
  5. Mix all these together. Vegetable raitha is ready to serve.
  6. You can serve this along biriyani's, Pulav's and other rice bath's.
  7. You can also prefer this as a diet food like salad.
  8. Serve this with Navarathna Pulav.
