Raw Mango Chutney / Ambuli Chutney

Asafoetida
हींग
1/2 T Spoon
Grated fresh coconut
किसा हुआ नारियल
1 Cup
Green Chillies
हरी मिर्च

To Taste
Water
पानी
For grinding
Oil
तेल
1/2 T Spoon


Preparations :
  1. In a small pan heat oil and fry asafoetida.
  2. Peel off the skin of raw mango and chop only inside flesh of it. Adjust the quantity as per the sourness of mango.
  3. Grind mango pieces, asafoetida, green chillies, grated coconut, salt and water all together in to a thick paste.
  4. Do not add much water.
  5. Take in a bowl and serve as a side dish for lunch/dinner.
This is very easy to prepare and tasty to eat.
