Potato Tava Fry

आलू

For Shallow Fry
Red chilli Powder
लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 T Spoon
Garlic Flakes
लहसुन के गुच्छे
5-6
Bombay Rava
रवा
2-3 T spoon
Salt
नमक
As per taste

Preparation:
  1. Peel off the potatoes and make thin slices(Like chip), wash them and drain all the water.
  2. Crush the garlic flakes and add to sliced potatoes along with red chilly powder and salt. Mix them properly.
  3. Heat Skillet in a medium flame. Add few drops of oil let it spread all over.
  4. Dip potatoes in rava and place one by one in a pan.
  5. Shallow fry these using few drops of oil both the sides.


Note :
  1. While frying the potatoes reduce the flame to low.
  2. Increase the quantity of chilly powder if you like more spicy.
