Fruit Custard

Condensed Milk
गाढ़ा दूध

Sugar

1 Cup
Custard Powder
कस्टर्ड पाउडर
1 T Spoon
Fruit Mixture ( Chopped apple, pineapple, Sapodilla, Mango and Banana, Grapes)
फलों के मिश्रण (कटा हुआ सेब, अनानास, चिक्कू, आम और केले, अंगूर)
1 Cup
Rose Water
गुलाब जल
4-5 drops
Cashew Nuts
काजू
10
Raisins
किशमिश

Preparations :
  1. Heat condensed milk in a vessel. Boil for few minutes and add sugar. Keep stirring until sugar dissolves fully.
  2. In a glass pour 2  big spoonful of boiling milk+ Sugar mixture which fills half of your glass, add custard powder and stir well.
  3. Add the mixture which is in glass to the boiling milk+sugar mixture. Stir for about a minute.
  4. Turn off the flame and remove vessel from stove. Add few drops of rose water which gives a very good fragrance.
  5. Let the milk completely cool,  once it gets cool add fruit mixture, cashew nuts and raisins. Mix Well.
  6. Refrigerate it for one hour and serve. This is one of the simple dessert which you can prepare very easily.

Note :

While adding custard powder to a glass of milk keep stirring as you add powder. Otherwise it will form lumps which is difficult to get fine paste.
