Egg Masala Fry Recipe

Ingredients :

तेल/ घी
For tempering
Mustard Seeds
सरसों के बीज
1 T Spoon
Curry leaves
करी पत्ते
Ginger Garlic Paste
अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट
1 T Spoon
Turmeric Powder
हल्दी पाउडर
1/2 T Spoon
Cumin Powder
जीरा पाउडर
1/2 T Spoon
Chilli Powder
लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 T Spoon
Pepper Powder
कालीमिर्च का पाउडर
1/4th Spoon
Lemon Juice
नींबू का रस
1/2 Spoon
To Taste
Coriander Leaves
धनिया छुट्टी
For garnishing

Preparation :

  1. Keep ready the boiled eggs by peeling off and cut into half.
  2. Heat oil or ghee in a deep pan. Add mustard and curry leaves. When they start popping lower the flame.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Mix everything properly and add peeled eggs. Mix gently.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
