    Preparation :
  1. Soak rice in a water for at least 20 min. 
  2. In a cooker add ghee, once it is heated in a medium flame add the following one by one bay leaf, star anise, black pepper, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, cashew nuts, ginger garlic paste, green chilies (slit into two). 
  3. Once spices are fried add the vegetables one by one.
  4. Also add coriander leaves which plays the major role in this tasty Pulav.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala powder, Cumin coriander powder, Turmeric Powder.
  6. Add drained rice and mix well. Pour 2 cups of water and salt as per taste and cook taking 2 whistles.
  7. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve along with vegetable raitha or curd.
