Cabbage Vada

Cabbage(Cut into Small Piece) गोभी

 1 Cup
Onion(Finely chopped)
 1 Cup
Red Chilies
 लाल मिर्च
Coriander Seeds
 धनिया के बीज
 1 T Spoon
Urad Daal
 उड़द दाल
 1 T Spoon
Grated Coconut
 किसा हुआ नारियल
 1/2 cup
Toor Daal
 तूर दाल
 2 Spoon
 2 Spoon
 As required
 2 Spoon
 As per taste

  1. Soak Toor Daal and rice in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry coriander seeds and urad daal using 1 spoon of oil.
  3. Grind coconut, coriander seeds, urad daal, red chilies, salt to a thick fine paste.
  4. Mix the ground masala with finely chopped cabbage and onion.
  5. Heat tava apply oil equally to the whole tava. Make small balls and press with palms to make it flat.
  6. Apply rava and shallow fry for 20 minutes putting oil both the sides in a very low flame.
